Validity of the terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to contracts between UNDIS and private customers that are concluded via the Internet shop (www.undis.eu). The sale and delivery of the goods offered by us take place in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as other special conditions. These form an integral part of the respective contract. Deviating conditions of the customers are not recognized by us, unless we have agreed to them in writing. The GTC in the version valid on the order date apply.

Order and contract

Online offers are only valid as long as they can be seen in the internet shop and while stocks last. The images shown are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding. We will immediately confirm receipt of an order via the Internet shop electronically. However, an order only becomes final after it has been accepted by UNDIS. We reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full and without restriction (see section 1).


The prices are issued exclusively in Swiss francs and euros and include VAT for end customers. The prices are based on the current offers, unless there are typing, printing or calculation errors. Processing fees as well as packaging and shipping costs are not included. These are billed separately and are included in the flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 7.00 for deliveries within Switzerland, and the flat-rate shipping fee of 6.00 euros to DE / AT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. For goods ordered by customers, however, the prices valid on the order date or those stated on the order confirmation always apply.

Delivery terms

The delivery time of our articles for deliveries within Switzerland is usually 3-5 working days, to DE / AT 7-14 working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time has elapsed. We will also inform you in writing about articles that are not available or that exceed the normal production scope due to their quantity and scope. UNDIS reserves the right to make partial deliveries and to restrict the delivery quantity for a specific product. The specified delivery times are non-binding. Failure to meet delivery deadlines does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order, compensation or any other deduction from the price. In all cases, UNDIS is not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure or for which third-party manufacturers or our logistics partners are responsible.

Place of performance, transport risk and insurance

Payment for all orders is only accepted in Swiss francs and euros. Basically, you have to pay in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, all goods are to be paid for using the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), post or bank transfer (advance payment). Payment over the Internet or by credit card is at the risk and risk of the customer. In the case of partial deliveries, only the costs for the goods shipped and the shipping costs will be charged.

Payment terms

Unless a special place of fulfillment has been agreed, the delivery is deemed to be the provision of the goods at the headquarters of UNDIS (Ringstrasse 12a). Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the benefit and risk are transferred to the customer when the goods leave UNDIS works. The delivery is therefore at the risk and risk of the customer. UNDIS only takes out transport insurance at the customers written request and expense. The delivered goods must be checked immediately for transport damage. If this is found, a damage report must be requested from the carrier (post office, rail or forwarding agent) and completed immediately. Only with this protocol is it possible to assert this damage.

Complaints, exchanges and returns

The goods must be checked by the customer immediately upon receipt. Obvious defects or deviations from the order must be reported to us in writing within 8 working days after delivery. Otherwise the delivery is considered accepted. Defective items are exchanged or repaired. Third-party repairs at our expense may only be carried out with our written consent. Incomplete goods, damaged or soiled by the customer are generally not taken back. If the customer makes use of his right of return, he is obliged to return the goods in their original packaging, brand new, undamaged and with a dispatch note within 10 working days of receipt. The shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Liability in general

UNDIS schliesst soweit gesetzlich möglich jede Haftung aus.

Intellectual property

Any copying or reproduction of our goods is not permitted without our written consent.

Data and data protection

UNDIS undertakes to follow the rules of data protection. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. We reserve the right to check your details (billing address / provider IP / email address / credit card details) for accuracy and, if necessary, to refuse delivery of the goods.

Personal data

Undis reserves the right to send emails to customers for marketing purposes. There is an option to unsubscribe in every email.

Deletion of personal data

At the request of the customer, personal data will be deleted, corrected or blocked in accordance with the statutory provisions. Free information about all personal data of the customer is possible. The customer can contact us at any time by e-mail for questions and requests for the deletion, correction or blocking of personal data as well as collection, processing and use.
